What I forgot about who I am was the desire to truly connect with individuals. To connect with individuals is my passion while showing them tender compassion is my dream. It is not a sexual thing but a feel good energy. We all need that type of cleansing don’t you think?

There are some things in life that have made me so raw that I shudder if I think about those events for too long. We were all filled with so much hope, than at some point a tyrannical monster was let loose to play. Think of the girl we were born to be, before the world got to cold and took our smile away. There had to be a way to set aside those that understood my journey and to them I didn’t need to keep explaining. They didn’t roll their eyes and say, “OMG not another MLM vomit”, no my VIP’s greeted me with open arms and I could hear their cheer even when I had shut the blinds and pulled the blanket over my eyes and begged for the darkness of night to take my cheer away. These women came and celebrated my victories and heard my cries and said let’s host another Nail Bar, let’s do what you love doing, let’s celebrate beauty and sisterhood and all the things that you stand for and all the things that you were born to do.

That filth shame of misunderstanding my desire slowly faded away. I was a Beauty Professional dammit. I have a License and a Beauty Certificate proving it all to be true. You see you just don’t get that Beauty Spa of your dreams while being your own boss while investing into somebody else’s life. You play the part. You show up every damn day. You do all the damn things that the others around you are too scared or too shy to even dream up doing. I went to school for this life. I breathed passion into this life when I found myself at Beauty Week in NYC during an epic snowfall in March of 2018. Life is what you make of it and one thing that has never changed is my passion for self care no matter who it is that pays my bills. It just so happens I find myself in a position where I can pay my own bills through the celebration of self care when an idea hit me straight of nowhere just like how great ideas are born. When you believe in me you believe in the dream so I know 110% our paths are destined to cross in some way one day. There is an undeniable safety in having a net that will always catch you know matter what personality makes their way to the surface to play during that day. Greater people gravitate towards even greater people and there is a special reason why we come together in this way. When you find yourself in among the right company you will do anything and everything to see each other succeed. Some people are given to you like two star crossed lovers passing in the night. The more authentic and real you are to the process the more ignited your flame will seem once it is lite. Trust me when I say this but the right people believing in you changes everything. You don’t even notice the times when you strike out and miss.

Never look at one door closing as a missed opportunity but a chance for you to get those blinders on and to get done what needs to be done. You always have to remember that in order to receive any greatness in this life you have to be willing to take chances you can’t breath life into something when it is dead. If you are always beating the same lifeless horse looking for answers you will only be as content as the homeless dog looking for food waiting for you to finally admit your failures. You only get out of life what you are willing to put in. You can’t ever reach your dreams if you are too scared of closing your eyes and finally drifting off to sleep.
