We are only limited to what our minds can achieve and don’t we owe it to ourselves and those who love us to want to keep reaching for those stars. Reaching into darkness with confidence and strength will ensure that maybe one day all your creativity will soon take hold and take off. Day 7: Random Act of Kindness
In the rarest of circumstances there will be an act so great that there is no way any human will ever be able to pay that act back. Acts aren’t made to be paid back but paid forward. Pass on the good deed with a smile on your face and a song in your heart.

We are so lucky to live in a time where we can pick up a phone, fire off an email or even drive to those that you love. So often though we chose the course of less physical intimacy and opt for checking on social media updates and gossip from friends.

Breathing is intimacy. Breathing is power. There is nothing a fully oxygenated blood cell can achieve and think of the millions of cells you just ignited inside you to start your day. You can set your mood and day with just staying in control of the one thing we have always taken for granted our breath. Instead of focusing on taking people’s breath away let’s focus on breathing in life.
